Sanders is likely to win there too. So, at this point in the [00:41.280 --> 00:45.960] betting markets agree on this, Sanders is the odds on favorite to face Donald Trump in [00:45.960 --> 00:50.240] November. So, pause for a moment and think about what that means. It's kind of an amazing [00:50.240 --> 00:55.720] story, really. For decades, Bernie Sanders was dismissed out of hand as a crank, an ideological [00:55.720 --> 00:59.920] antico weirdo with excessive ear hair and Soviet sympathies, all of which essentially [00:59.920 --> 01:05.320] was true. Nobody in Washington took Bernie Sanders seriously, not for a moment. He wasn't [01:05.320 --> 01:10.960] even technically a Democrat. He was a proud independent who despised the Democratic Party. [01:10.960 --> 01:15.160] And now, all of a sudden, the odds makers are telling us that Bernie Sanders is likely [01:15.160 --> 01:21.320] to take over the Democratic Party, the whole thing. Amazing. So, no matter what you think [01:21.320 --> 01:25.960] of him, Bernie Sanders' rise is one of the most remarkable developments in American politics [01:25.960 --> 01:30.680] in decades. And yet, the political press is essentially not covering it. Many have decided [01:30.680 --> 01:35.080] it's just not happening. They've been told by their masters and the DNC to stop Sanders [01:35.080 --> 01:38.720] and for weeks they've worked their best to affect that. A couple of weeks ago, they clued [01:38.720 --> 01:43.080] with Elizabeth Warren to call Sanders a sexist that failed. So, now they're pretending [01:43.080 --> 01:50.760] that losing candidates are actually the winners. A Kyron and MSNBC last night read this quote, [01:50.760 --> 01:55.640] but a judge, Klobuchar, and Sanders leading into Hampshire. In other words, perfectly [01:55.640 --> 02:00.600] inverting reality in the state of the race. Then Chris Matthews came on stream to explain [02:00.600 --> 02:05.880] that, actually, Bernie Sanders didn't win. I mean, yeah, he got the most votes, but that [02:05.880 --> 02:07.880] doesn't matter. What does this some kind of democracy? [02:07.880 --> 02:13.600] A wins a win, as you say, at the New York Times. New York football giants. Yes. But it wasn't [02:13.600 --> 02:20.320] the victim of a guy that got 60% last time. And Buttigiegs and Klobuchar, together, [02:20.320 --> 02:26.560] Bernie tonight. You following that, if you take two totally different candidates and [02:26.560 --> 02:31.240] you meld them into a single person, Sanders would, in fact, be in second place. Take that [02:31.240 --> 02:36.880] Bernie Bros. But even if you use Chris Matthews math, you couldn't hide the biggest [02:36.880 --> 02:41.200] loser last night. And that, of course, was media pointed frontrunner Joe Biden. During [02:41.200 --> 02:45.520] a rare moment of lucidity last fall, Biden in a complete sentence, promised he was going [02:45.520 --> 02:49.760] to win New Hampshire. Instead, last night, he finished fifth. His vote total at the end was [02:49.760 --> 02:55.440] closer to zero than it was to what Bernie Sanders got. In fact, Biden failed so completely [02:55.440 --> 02:59.720] in New Hampshire that he didn't even bother to speak to his supporters in the state, [02:59.720 --> 03:03.920] many of whom have campaigned his behalf for a year. Instead, he blew them off completely [03:03.920 --> 03:08.640] and fled to South Carolina, where he delivered a bizarre rambling speech declaring that [03:08.640 --> 03:12.680] New Hampshire voters don't matter anyway, who cares about them, they're the wrong skin [03:12.680 --> 03:13.680] color. [03:13.680 --> 03:19.200] Up until now, we haven't heard from the most committed constituents in the Democratic Party, [03:19.200 --> 03:27.240] the African-American community. I want Joe to think of a number, 99.9%, that's the [03:27.240 --> 03:33.320] percentage of African-American voters who have not yet had a chance to vote in America. [03:33.320 --> 03:39.240] One more number, 99.8, that's the percent of the latin. So when you hear all these [03:39.240 --> 03:45.080] punishments and experts, cable TV talkers talked about the race, tell them, it ain't over [03:45.080 --> 03:49.720] man, we're just getting started. Now, that, of course, is a tactic that Democrats have used for over a hundred [04:03.920 --> 04:07.960] years. There's nothing uglier than that, though, unfortunately, it's sometimes effective. Nobody told me the [04:21.400 --> 04:27.000] road to be easy, and I don't believe he brought me to this far to stop now. According to the media, New Hampshire's voters, just like the voters in Iowa, [05:44.400 --> 05:48.080] don't really matter. They don't count because they're the wrong color. They're telling you [05:48.080 --> 05:54.080] that. MSNBC Anchor Craig Melvin tweeted this in recording, an accurate headline would read [05:54.080 --> 05:59.200] Bernie Sanders' wins, Amy surges and surprises, black and brown voters now start casting [05:59.200 --> 06:04.560] primary ballots. Please talk about somebody who doesn't even read the newspaper, black and brown [06:04.560 --> 06:07.600] voters, as he said, had been voting from the beginning, and by the way, plenty of them have [06:07.600 --> 06:12.240] voted for Bernie Sanders. He won their votes in Iowa, almost certainly when heavily Hispanic [06:12.240 --> 06:17.680] Nevada. But take three steps back. Why are we even having this conversation? Do you really want [06:17.680 --> 06:23.280] to live in a country where votes are tallyed by race? They do, but do you? How do you think [06:23.280 --> 06:28.560] that ends? It ends badly every single time. So why are they doing this? What's pretty obvious [06:28.560 --> 06:33.200] why they're doing it? As long as voters are divided by race, and that's their aim to divide [06:33.200 --> 06:38.160] them, they're less likely to notice that the real debates in this country and the real problems [06:38.160 --> 06:43.520] are about economics. Issues like rising inequality, a detached elite willing to cash out, [06:43.520 --> 06:49.440] even if it means sending all American jobs to China. For Wall Street, Wokeness is a fantastic and [06:49.440 --> 06:54.160] highly effective diversion. Goldman Sachs will gladly issue a press release saying they're banning [06:54.160 --> 06:59.200] all white IPOs. They did it last month. They're happy to do it, as long as it keeps Democrats [06:59.200 --> 07:03.760] from raising their taxes. That's all they care about is the money. And they're willing to rip the [07:03.760 --> 07:09.440] country in half. Stoke racial conflict away with looting the country. That's the truth. Now, [07:09.440 --> 07:13.440] it's tempting to assume that the press is going along with this because they know what's happening, [07:13.440 --> 07:17.280] but that's probably not true. They're probably just dumb. They have no idea. These are the [07:17.280 --> 07:21.280] same people who thought better or work was the next Bobby Kennedy. They don't know anything. You can't hire some, you know, tiny mayor from New York or [08:56.800 --> 09:01.760] from South Bend, even, to command and just like force himself on Democratic voters, they agree [09:01.760 --> 09:05.440] with Bernie, they like Bernie and I don't see who's going to stop him. Who is going to stop him? [09:05.440 --> 09:09.440] Sure, so I think he's stopping himself and the evidence is actually in the numbers. [09:09.440 --> 09:15.920] He got less than half the vote in Iowa last week than he got four years ago. He got way less than [09:15.920 --> 09:24.560] half last night in New Hampshire than he got four years ago. How many people was he running [09:24.560 --> 09:27.920] against four years ago? How many people was he running against this time? Again, I refer you back [09:27.920 --> 09:34.400] to mathematics, which is kind of a part of nature, like it doesn't cheat, right? So he had many more [09:34.400 --> 09:37.200] opponents this time, so of course he got a small percentage, no? [09:37.200 --> 09:42.240] Well, but there were 75,000 people that voted for him last time that didn't vote for him this [09:42.240 --> 09:48.640] time. He won all but four towns in New Hampshire last time. He lost over 90 this time. So, [09:48.640 --> 09:53.440] again, I'm saying he's not wearing well. Of course you will. I'm just so you say who can beat [09:53.440 --> 09:58.080] him? The answer is all the, look, there's a narrative that says, oh, the Democrats are being [09:58.080 --> 10:03.360] overtaken by liberals and progressives and socialist. The voters say otherwise, the voters in the [10:03.360 --> 10:08.080] aggregate are voting more for moderate candidates in Iowa in New Hampshire so far than they are [10:08.080 --> 10:12.800] for liberals. It's simple. You're absolutely right. You're absolutely right. Oh, no, you're, [10:12.800 --> 10:19.120] the problem is aggregate is not a candidate. It's an amalgam of a bunch of people, [10:19.120 --> 10:22.880] it's a bunch of separate candidates. And then we'll close the line up behind somebody to beat him [10:22.880 --> 10:28.080] and if they don't, he's the nominee, he'll lose he'll get clobbered. Democrats can't stand [10:28.080 --> 10:32.480] in line as you well know. They don't queue well. Richard, great to see you. Thank you. She had barely half the votes of the third place in a shirt Amy Klobuchar. [10:44.080 --> 10:48.480] If you're not good. So, officially Elizabeth Warren's presidential campaign is still going. [10:48.480 --> 10:52.640] Nobody believes really it means anything. In fact, we can't say at this point, what exactly [10:52.640 --> 10:57.040] Elizabeth Warren is running for? Maybe she hopes to give a few delegates. She can exchange for a [10:57.040 --> 11:01.440] cabinet job if the Democrat wins. Maybe she wants to sabotage Bernie Sanders because he's a [11:01.440 --> 11:06.240] sexist by sad, siphoning votes from him. Or maybe she's like traveling around giving speeches [11:06.240 --> 11:09.600] with lots of servants throughout her and flying on private planes which she loves to do. [11:09.600 --> 11:13.440] But one thing for certain, Warren is not running for president because she thinks she can become [11:13.440 --> 11:18.720] president because she can't. Despite that, in a non-concession speech last night, and this is very [11:18.720 --> 11:24.560] telling, Warren bragged about taking half the bank account of a broke college student to finance her [11:24.560 --> 11:33.440] doomed ambitions. Watch this. Young woman came up by herself and she said, I'm a broke college student [11:33.440 --> 11:39.840] with a lot of student loan debt and she said, I checked and I have six dollars in the bank. [11:40.720 --> 11:48.400] So, I just gave three dollars to keep you in this fight. That's what we got to do. We got to stay [11:48.400 --> 11:56.160] in this fight with people who are counting on us. She's literally begging money from the [11:56.160 --> 12:01.680] indigent to continue a campaign that can't win. It's not really a campaign at that point. [12:01.680 --> 12:05.920] It's a religious movement or a culture something. But really, it didn't even happen. [12:05.920 --> 12:09.920] It's the story of real who knows. Warren has been caught lying about so many things we can [12:09.920 --> 12:13.680] actually check. Just imagine what she says when she can't be caught. I mean, really. [12:13.680 --> 12:18.640] So, it's something to say that Warren collapsed that her campaign died because she lies a lot, [12:18.640 --> 12:22.880] but that's actually not the case. Warren's been lying for a long time. She pretended to be an [12:22.880 --> 12:26.720] American Indian. Remember that? That happened before she launched her campaign. Voters knew it [12:27.360 --> 12:30.720] and yet for a while, she was the Democratic Frontler. So, clearly, [12:30.720 --> 12:36.240] Democrats were willing to forgive her fabrications. No, she destroyed her campaign for [12:36.240 --> 12:39.520] different, much more interesting reason. Warren fell apart for the same reason that [12:39.520 --> 12:44.960] better were work did because in place of a message and actual message that you nice people around [12:44.960 --> 12:52.480] ideas and policies, she would all end unwoken us all in. Every appearance brought out a new [12:52.480 --> 12:58.080] facet to her remarkable wokeness. There was her town hall endorsing race-based reparations. [12:59.280 --> 13:07.280] I believe it's time to start the national full-blown conversation about reparations in this [13:07.280 --> 13:14.560] time. So, she wrote that for a but then by summer, that wasn't enough. reparations [13:14.560 --> 13:21.040] old hat. But Warren is nothing if not creative. So, she invented a brand new kind of racism, [13:21.040 --> 13:27.600] a whole new category. Watch this. We're living a country now where the president is advancing [13:27.600 --> 13:34.160] environmental racism, economic racism, criminal justice racism, health care racism. [13:34.160 --> 13:41.520] Yep, Warren was pledging to fight health care racism. Is that committed by doctor? She never [13:41.520 --> 13:46.560] explained, or nurses committing health care racism? Who knows? But she was going to eliminate it. [13:46.560 --> 13:51.760] It was the last thing she did. But then she got going. By early this year, Warren was promising [13:51.760 --> 13:58.480] to let transgender children pick her cabinet members for real. I'm going to have a secretary [13:58.480 --> 14:08.160] of education that this young trans person interviews on my behalf. And only if this person believes [14:08.160 --> 14:15.520] that our secretary or secretary of education nominee is someone who is committed to creating [14:15.520 --> 14:21.360] a welcoming environment, a safe environment and a full educational curriculum for everyone. [14:21.360 --> 14:30.720] Well, that person can actually be advanced to the secretary of education. So, is that pandering? [14:30.720 --> 14:37.360] Was that scripted? No, it wasn't. No lobby group told her to say that you couldn't make that up. [14:38.000 --> 14:43.200] She came to that on her own because you know what? She meant it. After a while, the [14:43.200 --> 14:49.600] wokeness infected her brain so completely took over Elizabeth Warren that she really believed [14:49.600 --> 14:56.160] a couple's great idea, gender non-binary people, the backbone of our democracy. Eventually, [14:56.160 --> 15:01.120] it was too much, even for liberals. They looked at us and said, what's what the hell are you talking [15:01.120 --> 15:06.960] about? Bernie Sanders mean, I was promising universal health care. Something they actually want. [15:06.960 --> 15:11.200] Whether it's a good idea or not, something people wanted. Warren tried to jump on and promise [15:11.200 --> 15:15.360] the same thing, except she said she would magically do without raising taxes on the middle class. [15:15.360 --> 15:21.040] Again, even Democrats couldn't buy it after a while. When Warren finally gives up this [15:21.040 --> 15:26.560] charade, I'm running for president. Now you're not, please. We'll be able to sum her campaign up [15:26.560 --> 15:35.280] in three words, died of wokeness. So, if presidential campaigns were sold in kits like [15:35.280 --> 15:42.000] model airplanes, Pete Buttigieg would be president for life, he's so fake that if you look closely, [15:42.000 --> 15:47.040] you will see glued dripping from his shirt sleeves. Naturally, the president loves him and [15:47.040 --> 15:53.600] loved him from the second he started running. There he was yesterday, front and center. Now third [15:53.600 --> 15:59.600] in the polls with a speech that many have said are historic. He's inspirational so far and that's [15:59.600 --> 16:04.320] something that voters absolutely want. He has this appeal for a lot of reasons. He is a veteran. [16:04.320 --> 16:13.760] He is openly gay. He is from Indiana. This guy is chicken soup for my soul. The thing about love [16:13.760 --> 16:19.280] is when it's real, it just gets a deeper and more intense. And sometimes even more passionate. [16:19.280 --> 16:24.800] Ten months later, that's where we are. The press loves him. Now, most of America is wondering if [16:24.800 --> 16:30.640] Pete Buttigieg actually has a soul. But late night MSNBC reporter Vaughan, Hilliard, gosh that [16:30.640 --> 16:36.400] the boy wonder has the greatest soul of all. God bless Pete Buttigieg. But he kind of talks at [16:36.400 --> 16:42.160] the level of Mr. Rogers. And with that sort of like composure and toys. And if you go back [16:42.160 --> 16:47.200] and read the transcript of his speech, it's like he typed it out. And he has the comma and everything [16:47.200 --> 16:51.200] perfectly because he speaks in perfect sentences. It's impressive. He's an amazing human being. And here they are trying to create a celebrity, trying to create [18:00.880 --> 18:08.800] a leader where they're absolutely simply without a doubt is not one. That is ungeniable. I mean, you can suffocate beneath hollow phrases [18:16.240 --> 18:22.080] by the millions that just dumped down from Mount Buttigieg. So I mean, does this guy have a chance? So the next couple of primaries will be interesting. [24:37.880 --> 24:43.240] For this offense, prosecutors say Stone, who was 67 years old and has no criminal record, [24:43.240 --> 24:49.000] must spend up to nine years in prison. Now, for perspective on that sentence, the typical [24:49.000 --> 24:54.600] rapist in this country spends four years in prison, armed robbers, three years, thugs who [24:54.600 --> 25:00.600] commit violent assault less than a year and a half. But Roger Stone must do nine years until he [25:00.600 --> 25:07.800] is 76 years old for lying. Now, there's some irony here. So-called criminal justice reform is [25:07.800 --> 25:12.520] fashionable in Washington right now. An awful lot of sex offenders and drug dealers and other [25:12.520 --> 25:17.480] predators, serious predators, have been released early from prison lately. It's compassionate, [25:17.480 --> 25:23.560] they're telling us. Yet somehow, nobody in DC believes that compassion ought to extend to Roger Stone, [25:23.560 --> 25:29.160] whose guilty of nonviolent essentially political offenses. Notice the opposite. The usual [25:29.160 --> 25:35.400] moralizers seem gleeful at the thought that Stone will die in a cell. CNN has been especially [25:35.400 --> 25:40.360] ghoulish on the subject. You remember that prosecutors tipped off Jeff's occurs network last [25:40.360 --> 25:44.760] year, so they could have cameras in place when dozens of federal agents armed with automatic [25:44.760 --> 25:50.600] weapons drag Roger Stone from his home at dawn. Talk about state TV. For the last two days, [25:50.600 --> 25:55.080] the hyenas on CNN have been driven to hysteria by the thought that the justice department might [25:55.080 --> 26:04.520] reduce Roger Stone sentence even by a day. It is clearly utterly offensive to the rule of law. [26:04.520 --> 26:10.760] This is what sets this country apart. This is what a banana republic does. This is what a dictator [26:10.760 --> 26:18.600] does. It is outrageous. I hope people are infuriated by this. The reason they're doing it is [26:18.600 --> 26:27.320] slimy, sleazy, dirty. Roger Stone is somebody I hold in minimum high esteem. So I was not [26:27.320 --> 26:34.520] unhappy to see him get seven to nine, but I didn't think I was too aggressive. I thought it was aggressive. [26:36.360 --> 26:41.720] Wait a second. Was that really John Dean telling you how happy he is that Roger Stone will [26:41.720 --> 26:48.920] die in jail. So CNN's moral arbiter on questions of law and order is literally a convicted felon. [26:49.800 --> 26:54.840] It's enough to make your head spin. But at least it's now clear what's actually going on. This is [26:54.840 --> 27:01.560] a pure political hit. Roger Stone is facing prison because he is a high profile Donald Trump supporter. [27:01.560 --> 27:06.600] It's that simple. You want proof? Here it is. John Brennan and James Clapper will sleep at home [27:06.600 --> 27:12.680] tonight. Both have been caught lying under oath on camera about matters of national importance [27:12.680 --> 27:18.840] and yet neither's in jail. Now there's been indicted. Neither ever will be. The stone case [27:18.840 --> 27:24.760] by contrast was transparently political from day one. The lead prosecutor Andrew Weissman is now [27:24.760 --> 27:30.520] literally an MSNBC contributor. The judge in the case Amy Burman Jackson is an out-of-control [27:30.520 --> 27:35.560] democratic partisan who purely out of spite strip Roger Stone of his first amendment rights [27:35.560 --> 27:39.800] and prevented him from making a living. Coming on this show, for example, speaking at all in [27:39.800 --> 27:46.760] public. Now Stone and his wife, who is 71 years old and deaf, have lost their home because of this. [27:46.760 --> 27:53.240] They have no insurance. They're utterly broke. The whole thing is shocking and it's disgusting. [27:53.240 --> 27:58.280] It's a farce that discredits the entire American justice system. The president seems to understand [27:58.280 --> 28:04.680] that. Cannot allow this miscarriage of justice he tweeted recently. He's right on a couple of levels. [28:04.680 --> 28:08.840] What's happening to Roger Stone is totally wrong. It's a moral and we should not allow it in this [28:08.840 --> 28:14.360] country. But politically it has significance too. Stone's prosecution was designed in part to [28:14.360 --> 28:20.200] confirm the fantasies that Democrats have constructed to explain the outcome of the 2016 election. [28:20.200 --> 28:25.880] His conviction helps their case. In other words, if the Russia collusion story was a hoax, [28:25.880 --> 28:31.080] and of course it most certainly was a hoax, then why is Roger Stone going to prison for his role in it? [28:31.080 --> 28:38.120] If Roger Stone serves even a single day behind bars, the Russia lie will be validated as true. [28:39.080 --> 28:43.400] Stone's imprisonment will be prima facia evidence in the view of Democrats. [28:44.040 --> 28:48.920] So at this point, there's really only one solution. The president must pardon Roger Stone or [28:48.920 --> 28:54.280] commute his sentence before he goes to jail. Democrats will howl if he does that. Well, they're [28:54.280 --> 28:59.240] howling anyway. They howl every day. Chuck Schumer is now yelping about yet another investigation [28:59.240 --> 29:05.720] into Roger Stone. Russia gate two. In one entirely constitutional act, the president [29:05.720 --> 29:12.360] Roger Stone's life vindicate himself and end this nonsense forever. Let's hope he does it. The more you know about it, the more shocking it is. [29:32.040 --> 29:39.400] Tell us why we should doubt the fairness of these proceedings. Well, it rises out of the [29:39.400 --> 29:44.440] Mueller investigation, which has been a thoroughly compromised by it, not only the Pfizer, [29:44.440 --> 29:50.840] but the political nature of the investigators, most of whom were Democrats or Democrat donors. [29:50.840 --> 29:58.040] You also have them investigating Trump for almost two years, knowing the underlying issue. [29:58.040 --> 30:01.960] Russia collusion was a big scam and a big lie. They knew that from the get-go. [30:02.520 --> 30:07.080] And on the stone case, you have at least two of the investigators, two of the prosecutors who [30:07.080 --> 30:12.920] quote, resigned from the case were Mueller operatives who have it obviously an interest here. [30:12.920 --> 30:18.440] And so when you have prosecutors in the justice department, three of whom, by the way, who resigned, [30:18.440 --> 30:25.400] three of those were Democrats as best I can tell, pushing for a sentence that the law doesn't [30:25.400 --> 30:31.960] require. They're talking about putting someone in jail extra for an extra period of time beyond [30:31.960 --> 30:37.400] what the law would require. That's according to the Justice Department's own filing on Tuesday. [30:37.400 --> 30:43.640] You know, I don't understand, we all that none of these so-called crimes would have been prosecuted [30:43.640 --> 30:50.520] if he hadn't been pulled into an investigation that led nowhere. In other words, he's being put in prison. [30:50.520 --> 30:55.560] He's been put in prison as an ancillary victim of an investigation that turned out to be [30:55.560 --> 30:59.160] frupless. So that's been, it's actually insane if you think. [30:59.160 --> 31:03.000] Yeah, I mean, that's presuming that there should have been a charge to begin with. [31:03.560 --> 31:08.440] He called this guy threatened his dog. It was obviously a silly threat. It wasn't a serious threat. I guess Jesse Smallet, after speaking to his [38:57.080 --> 39:05.160] family and also people with in Michelle Obama's staff, she suddenly dropped charges. [39:05.160 --> 39:11.080] Even when asked why she could not articulate why, well, everybody went berserk. I'm talking [39:11.080 --> 39:18.120] about the police chief, the union, the police union. They were angry. They wanted her head. Then [39:19.000 --> 39:26.360] an independent investigator was named to foresee to oversee what was happening. And about 11 [39:26.360 --> 39:34.440] months later, and interestingly, Tucker, after a sweeping search warrant to of them, demanding that [39:34.440 --> 39:43.480] Google handover emails, texts, voice dictation, cloud, everything of Smellet and his manager, [39:43.480 --> 39:49.640] about one month later, this new indictment comes down. It's six counts. Each one of felony, [39:49.640 --> 39:54.520] although it's called disorderly conduct. He's looking at one to three on each one plus a fine. [39:54.520 --> 39:59.240] Interesting one other thing. Another thing they did in this indictment that I really [39:59.240 --> 40:05.480] admire, a police officer Muhammad Bahig, he tells him the story. Then he tells a detective, [40:05.480 --> 40:11.560] Kimberly Murray, the story. Then he tells detective Robert Graves, a story, each one of those [40:11.560 --> 40:18.760] a separate count. So it sounds like this is not complicated. It's what we thought he was guilty of [40:18.760 --> 40:27.000] the first time. So this gives us even an argument. Right. So this does make us wonder even more [40:27.000 --> 40:32.040] if there was corruption involved in the charges being dropped by the state's attorney. [40:32.040 --> 40:37.320] Kimberly. Yes, I think there's going to be another ongoing investigation regarding [40:37.320 --> 40:46.920] Kim Fox dropping the charges and why, but you know, it really disturbs me. I have worked on hate crimes, [40:46.920 --> 40:54.360] Tucker, back when we didn't even have the phrase theology hate crimes. And I had a particular case [40:54.360 --> 41:00.920] they went all the way the Georgia Supreme Court where young African-American males were raped [41:00.920 --> 41:06.520] and they were shot in the head and they were stabbed and they were found lying around Atlanta [41:06.520 --> 41:12.200] with their pants pulled down. That's a hate crime. That is a hate crime. And now when other hate [41:12.200 --> 41:17.720] crimes victims go in front of the jury, they're going to go back to the jury and go, hmm, you [41:17.720 --> 41:23.160] think they're pulling a smellet. You think this is like just a smellet? That's what he's done. And [41:23.160 --> 41:29.640] another thing over time. And now they drop the charges. Are you kidding me? What a slap in the face.
